Shipping policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, we begin roasting your coffee to ensure its freshness. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In-Store pickup
We offer free shipping with orders over $35 in the US. If you are placing a smaller order and would like to skip the shipping fees, you can pick up your coffee at our location.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping to the US.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@roastersalliance.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
